Understand

A possible support engagement assigns deployment, alert review and recovery responsibilities to named owners. We agree the relevant time zone and escalation route; nationwide coverage and continuous response are not assumed.

Tools that fit the work

The implementation follows your requirements and existing setup. These are examples of tools and platforms we can scope for the project.

POSSIBLE ENGAGEMENT · NOT A CLIENT CASE STUDY

Application support for a specified US time zone

A possible support engagement assigns deployment, alert review and recovery responsibilities to named owners. We agree the relevant time zone and escalation route; nationwide coverage and continuous response are not assumed.

What you receive

The agreed deployment configuration, monitoring setup, recovery instructions and support responsibilities.

What we need from you

Authorized infrastructure access, current architecture information and an escalation contact.

What we agree separately

Cloud bills, incident response hours and continuous availability commitments are defined separately.

How we review progress

Deployment failures, actionable alerts, recovery checks and infrastructure usage.

Questions before we start

Does support include around-the-clock coverage?

Support hours, response expectations, exclusions and escalation contacts are defined in the agreement. Continuous coverage is not assumed.

Can you review cloud costs?

We can inspect usage and architecture to identify options, then weigh potential savings against performance and maintenance needs.

Does a US-facing support page include 24/7 service?

No. The time zone, coverage, response targets and escalation owner are explicitly agreed before support begins.

Working with your team

Our Bangladesh-based team agrees the relevant US time zone, review owner and meeting overlap for your project. We do not assume one time zone covers every US team or claim a US office.
